Fill the Gap Program for dads (non-custodial parents)

This ten-week interactive program is geared to help non-custodial parents overcome problems they are facing with work, finances, family life, and any other areas that may be hindering them from experiencing success and satisfaction in their life. The classes provide non-custodial parents support and encouragement while they learn more about:

  • Child support enforcement and court system policies, procedures, and expectations
  • Building self-esteem in yourself and in your children
  • Building healthy relationships with your children and strengthening your parenting skills
  • Building effective co-parenting relationships
  • Building healthier relationships with family and current or future spouse

 

 

Fill the Gap Program for moms (custodial parents)

Fill the Gap Program for moms helps custodial parents deal with the day-to-day realities of parenting their children. The six-week program offers free daycare and focuses on topics such as:

  • Building self esteem in yourself and your child
  • The effects of rejection
  • Improving and strengthening parenting skills
  • Building effective co-parenting relationships
  • Building healthier relationships with family and current or future spouse

Whether single, living with someone, married or divorced, we all want to learn more on how to improve our relationships. Fill the Gap Program’s Building Healthy Relationships classes provide the skills and techniques for building a long-lasting more satisfying relationship. The eight-week session includes:

  • Recognizing realistic and unrealistic expectations in relationships
  • Effectively resolving disagreements
  • Being a better communicator
  • Keeping your relationship alive and strong
  • Successfully navigating through changes in relationships
